To be honest, I am not a good writer in chinese because I can not use beautiful sentences skillfully and can not remember the rhesis when I am doing test. My articles look boring, though they are logical. One can imagine how tasteless my english writings are. Fortunately, I am a freshman and the recent requirment for me is to write correctly. I think my logic is clear. I can summarize, paraphrase well and give the proper arguements. My deficiency is that I always lack the details in my articles, for example, in summary 2 I did a good job to summarize the article but didnot have the suportive sentences. When I added some examples to support the ideas, I got the higher score, and sometimes use the wrong reporting verbs. Such skills are almost never used in chinese high school writings, so, it is a great improvement for me since I learned at EDUTL106.
As for my digital story, I like it because it contains lots of my painstaking effort and it is an interesting story with a little conflicts. It was the first time that I wrote narrative article in class. In order to improve the quality of the story, I rewrote three times. All I did are Correcting the grammar, polishing the sentences, advancing the main topic. Although the story is finished, it still needs more work. I didnot extrude the main event. I just tell two stories without degree of importance. There are still plenty of things I need to learn in class.
