Blog #5 writing improvement ---- SHENG LU

Having taken this class for almost one month and a half, to be honest, it is really a good time to be with everyone. Gradually, because people are getting familiar with each, this class is getting far more interesting and harmonious as well. Besides friendship, I do pick up a lot in this class. One of the most important thing is definitely the further understand of academic misconduct and plagiarism. Through many excises whose topic mainly focuses on plagiarism, a brand new cognition about citing; quoting; paraphrasing come to my mind. Additionally, with the help of powerful COCA search, I think, how to use a word properly would not be a problem anymore. At the mention of what the biggest achievement is I get on this class, I would say paraphrasing or reediting from previous formation to a new sentence with new original thought, not only because the does it give you a new chance to seriously the previous idea, but also provide my reader a different view to understand what I am talking about. Nay, those reporting verbs; descriptive verbs; and informative verbs would really have a huge impact on my future argument writing formation and structure. But, unfortunately, I am still a little confused on the explicit usage or the function of descriptive and informative sentence in a who argument writing article which is still I have to working on.

Last Friday, I finish the record of my final digital story. It is awesome, because it is so excited to share my happiness; experience and most importantly my thought with others through that record which is talking about culture difference between China and America. In that script, I am focusing on elaborating difference on Humanity; Social responsibility and food style. You may easily found out how interesting it is by the examples I use, maybe some parts of them may many people homesick. We will see
