Blog#2 American Life

I am spring freshman, so I have been American half year. My English teacher is American old man from Washington University Seattle when I was study in middle school. His first class introduce his hometown, he used picture and video showed San Francisco. I am shock by these pictures and I swear I will come to American study. In the end I arrived Columbus at March 16 2011 year, beginning study in Ohio State University.

The first let’s talk about life city- Columbus. Columbus is the capital of and the largest city in the U.S state of Ohio, in addition to the fifteenth city of United State of American. The Ohio have another two larger city is Cleveland and Cincinnati.

American have difference culture with China, the first point is the American people very enthusiastic and polite, for example if you go to buy something in market or store, the waiter will say “How is going? Or How are you?” when you finished check out or prepare leave they will say" Have a good day！” This is only one side, if you take a bus, eat food, go to museum and so on you will feeling the will made you warm and happy. The second point is the American people very like help people, for example once I driving car come to school with my friend, the tire break suddenly. I have no idea how can I repair it, I have resort to a American guy in my house around, he was always help me install spare tire on the ground, by the way he dressed in white color T-shire, finally he help me solved the accident. It was moving that American guy help solved the accident and made me feeling warm.

The last I will talk life experience with every one. The first point is food; there have many delicious restaurants like Chinese, Spanish, Italy, Japanese and so on. I Your know my hometown is Guizhou China, so I very like spicy food. I recommend a Sichuan restaurant name is fortune, I very like there Dandan noodles, Spicy fish, Spicy dumping. if you have chance you can go to try it. The second point is entertainment, Columbus have park, zoo, club, karaoke and so on, but soccer and football it's my best love. Columbus have three famous team is Ohio State University Football Team, Ohio State University Basketball Team, Columbus Crew (soccer). there have football season in autumn quarter every year. remember if someone said "O-H" you must answered "I-O", in addition to the Michigan is our school best enemy. Everybody will say, "Beat Michigan or F_CK Michigan!"
