Blog#2 American life --Yisong

  I have been in American for a month. I arrive in Columbus on 2th September when is 18 days before the new quarter  begins  as a result I had to eat off-campus,but not too bad is that I found out which restaurant is better and where can find delicious Chinese food and awesome spicy-food. In short, the life before the school is not too bad. One thing which is worth to remark is my courses .Because I am a A-level student, I have credits to transfer ; However, I did not evaluate my score,therefore I went different buildings in order to get the permission. The life became busy 3 days before new quarter , I am a freshman ,so I felt embarrassing,as a result I ask a lot of simple question such as what the different between quarter and term , whether the transfer credits will influence the GPA ,and where I can get help. I must say thanks to my advisers Matt Ivoska and Rosie Quinzon-Bonello for their time and patience.

    When the school days begin, things became easy for me free bus ,new dorm and restaurant near by ,all of these make my school life more convenience. I also meet a lot of friends .B is one of my good friend he came from India ,and we often play basketball together.In addition , I have three room mates one is come form china and the other are native American people. Kerry Key is my floor administrator,she is helpful and eassy-going. I still remember one day I was locked in the bathroom because the door of the bathroom is for long years out of repair , it is she who come to save me and ask people to repair the door,but the bad luck still continues ,the tap of the bathroom is broken and, it is wet everywhere ,.when I despair of the inefficiency of the net-work system,Kerry saved me again. coinsidence? i think it is.

  Every Friday is party time, and Saturday is football game time.I  think it is habit for most of people in OSU,for instance  I watch movie ever Friday with my friends and go to the party after movie. It is different that the movie have a lot of assortments and classes .I still remember the first movie i watched  is Drive it is a Restrict film , but i felled asleep 30 min after the movie began.

  Truth to be told, I have a substantial meaningful and interesting school life.
